Job Summary:

The Imperial Suites Hotel is seeking a skilled and experienced Seasonal Valentine’s Hotel Masseuse to provide exceptional massage services to guests during the Valentine’s season. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible schedule, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform various types of massages, such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy massages, to fulfill the specific needs and preferences of guests.

2. Create a warm and welcoming environment for guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the massage session.

3. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, adhering to the hotel’s grooming and dress code policies.

4. Effectively communicate with guests to understand their specific massage requirements, any health concerns or limitations, and provide appropriate recommendations or alternative treatments if necessary.

5. Adhere to the hotel’s standard operating procedures and protocols for massage therapy, including maintaining cleanliness of the massage room and equipment.

6. Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when discussing guests’ personal information or health conditions.

7. Stay updated with current massage techniques, industry trends, and wellness practices to provide world-class services and recommendations to guests.

8. Collaborate with the hotel’s front desk and spa staff to ensure a seamless guest experience, including scheduling massages and promptly addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.

9. Assist with additional spa duties as assigned, such as preparing rooms, maintaining inventory, and assisting with special events or promotions.

10. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays when required, as well as extended hours during peak business periods.

Note: This position is seasonal and is specifically intended to support the Valentine’s season at the Imperial Suites Hotel.
