CONSTRUCTION

• Dirt Subcontractor completed building pad undercut; we are nearing completion on the parking lot undercut.
  • Remaining storm drainage, all the materials are on site.
• We have completed installing Geopiers.
  • This process required drilling deep into the ground, placing casing, and pouring crushed gravel in all piers.
• Foundation
  • Wealth Tech Solutions was contracted for Electrical and Plumbing.
    • Plumbers completed underground rough-in within 4 days.
    • Electrical rough-in has started and will be completed in 6 days.
  • Concrete Subcontractor has mobilized and began setting form boards for the foundation. Elevator pit forming is completed.
    • We expect to have foundation pour completed by 2^nd week of February.
  • General Items
    • Windows contract has been signed and are in production
    • Elevator has been signed.
