Duties and Responsibilities:
– Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
– Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
– Follow maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations
– Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, or plumbing problems
– Utilize technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams to assist in repairs
– Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects
– Provide leadership and guidance to junior maintenance staff
– Manage inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks
Requirements:
– Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication skills)
– Previous experience in maintenance or related field preferred
– Knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices
– Familiarity with high voltage systems and safety procedures
– Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
