Dual-Branded General Manager (DGM)
serves as the primary strategic leader for two distinct hotel brands, often in one complex, responsible for all aspects of operations, financial performance, brand compliance, and team leadership
. The role requires managing diverse operational teams (Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales) to meet or exceed guest satisfaction goals and maximize profitability across both properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and monitor annual operating budgets, sales, and marketing plans for both brands.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards and quality assurance (QA) audits.
- Guest Experience: Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining high visibility, fostering positive relations, and ensuring consistent service quality.
- People Management: Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members, while fostering a positive, engaged workplace culture.
- Financial Performance: Maximize revenue, control costs, and analyze financial reports to achieve profitability goals.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and health regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a hotel, preferably with multiple brands.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex, fast-paced operations.
