Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track cash flow
- Lead financial planning
- Analyze the company’s strengths and weaknesses, proposing corrective actions when necessary
- Perform quality assurance, cost-benefit analysis, and financial forecasting
- Schedule land closings and bank loans
- Coordinate with investors on a regular basis to keep them informed
- Prepare and schedule important deadlines
- Setup bank meetings
- Drive projects and take initiative
- Seeking new business opportunities and expanding the company’s market share and revenue
- Recruiting, managing, and mentoring the development team and other staff
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Develop networks towards sourcing for new clients
- Liaise with members of staff to ensure top level client experience in all cases of client interactions from follow up to delivery and needs assessment
- Meet time lines on all aspect of pre development from land closing to financing.
Skills:
- Strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor business development initiatives
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable deals with clients
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Proficiency in customer relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
