Responsibilities include creating joint marketing campaigns, managing sales teams for both properties, and managing key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develops and executes sales action plans for both brands, focusing on revenue, market share, and segment growth.
- Revenue Management: Works with General Managers to set rate strategies and optimize yields for both properties.
- Sales Execution: Leads the sales team to solicit, book, and service group/transient business for both brands.
- Relationship Management: Builds relationships with key accounts, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Analysis & Reporting: Monitors market trends and competitors to adjust strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a DOS or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
