Duties:
– Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
– Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
– Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
– Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
Requirements:
– Proven experience in Sales, Excel, Expenses, Bookkeeping.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
– Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
– Familiarity with retail math, including calculating discounts, margins, and markups
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
– High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
