An Executive Suite Attendant is
a senior-level management role responsible for directing the entire housekeeping and laundry operation
. They ensure facilities maintain the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and aesthetic appeal while managing budgets, training staff, and overseeing daily domestic logistics.
Core Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping, laundry, and support staff.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces daily to ensure compliance with strict quality and cleanliness standards.
- Budgeting & Procurement: Manage departmental budgets, track expenses, and order cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
- Operations & Logistics: Assign daily tasks, manage lost-and-found items, and coordinate with the maintenance department for room repairs.

Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce safety, security, and health protocols (such as OSHA guidelines).

All other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of progressive housekeeping experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Education: A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, time-management, and organizational skills. Strong proficiency in basic financial management and inventory control.
