CONSTRUCTION

• Pool
  • Pool contractor is complete with gunite application to the pool.
• Viking (Sitework)
  • Sitework to begin their grading and installation of asphalt base this week .
    
• Framing
  
  • Framers have completed fur down in the bathrooms on floor 2,3 and 4.
• Sprinkler
  • Currently working on 1^st floor corridors.
    
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
  
  • Mechanical
    • 4,3 and 2 floor inspections have passed.
    • They will start running trunk lines and installing AAON Shaft this week.
  • Electrical
    • Inspection passed on 3 and 4^th
      
    • 2^nd floor inspection this Friday.
    • Transformer has been installed on site and we are getting ready for Permanent power on site.
  • Plumbing
    • They have finished everything on 4,3,2 and are working on the first floor.
• EIFS / Stucco
  • We are currently finished with 50% of EFIS installation. Contractor is moving to the back side now that the pool is complete.
• General Items
  • Close up inspections were completed on 4^th and 3^rd.  2^nd floor Scheduled for this Friday.
  • Insulation to be on site for 4^th and 3^rd floor and installed this weekend.
  • 4/1/25 we will start installing sheetrock on 4^th and 3^rd floor
  • Elevator to be on site 5/29
  • Guestroom FFE to be delivered 5/31
